·         To move beyond the forms:

a.       What can your students say about transition?

b.       What can your students write about transition?

c.       What can your students do to promote their own transition?

Topics will include:

                                   IDEIA and Transition Policy

                                   DPS Policies, Forms, Procedures and Process

                                  Age Appropriate Transition Assessments
