Teacher Assault Committee
 

The Detroit Federation of Teachers met Monday, April 14, 2008, with Detroit Public School representatives at the newly formed Teacher Assault Committee. The meeting addressed the serious issue of teacher assaults. Besides the DFT, representatives from Risk Management, Labor Relations, Public Safety Department and the Student Code of Conduct Committee were present.

Additional meetings will be scheduled.
